Nature of our service
EasyTrip arranges charter flights as an intermediary. Flights are operated by licensed third-party air operators who hold operational control of the aircraft.
Requests and quotations
Submitting a request is an enquiry for availability and pricing only. Quotations are indicative until an operator confirms the aircraft and a charter agreement is signed.
Pricing
Charter pricing depends on route, aircraft availability, passenger count, airport and handling fees, crew duty limits, permits and additional services. Fixed public prices are therefore not published.
Changes and cancellations
Change and cancellation terms are set by the operating carrier and are stated in each charter agreement before you commit.
